Shipping Policy

Thank you for stopping by and supporting us. The following are the terms and conditions for our shipping policy. 

Shipping options 

Shipping within Australia

Orders are shipped the same business day if placed before 12:00pm AEST. Orders placed after 10am AEST or over the weekend are shipped the following business day.

Free shipping for orders over $130!

For standard shipping, your orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your product has been shipped, estimated time of arrival for standard shipping will approximately take 2 - 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

For express shipping, your orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your product has been shipped, estimated time of arrival for express shipping will be approximately take 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Shipping Internationally

*Countries we currently do not ship to - worldwide military/APO addresses, Belarus, North Korea, Russia, Ukraine.

Free shipping for international orders over $200 AUD!

NOTE: the above timeframes are a guide only and the following applies:

  • Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO oxes.

  • Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.

  • All estimates are for metro destinations - items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.

  • AMOOD takes no responsibility for delays/missing parcels caused by Australia Post or its affiliates.

Handling Times

Handling times for orders are 3-5 business days.

Customs & Taxes for International Customers

We do not collect customs fees or import charges. Some international shipments may be subject to customs fees outside AMOOD’s control. These fees are to be worked out directly between the customers and customs.

Damages 

AMOOD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In cases of damaged orders received, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
