Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for stopping by and supporting us. The following are the terms and conditions for our returns and refunds policy.

We do not offer returns or refunds for any of our products. 

We will only accept a return/refund if the product is majorly defective. In the circumstance where the product is clearly defective, please follow these steps in order to complete your return/refund application:

1. Photo Evidence. Take a clear photo of the product showing the defect within 1-2 days after receiving it.
2. Postal Shipping Info. Take a screenshot/photo of your shipment tracking detail, we will need to see the date when your order was successfully shipped to you.
3. Proof of Purchase. Take a photo/screenshot of your purchase receipt.

Once the above is complete, please email us at amoodforart@outlook.com. Please use this format for the Subject : [First name, Last name] - Return/Refund Request.

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you. 

If your return/refund request is successful, we will provide you a store credit*.

*Store credits will last 48 days from the day provided to you. Leftover store credit, will not be refunded back to you in cash.
